{"id":5707,"date":"2021-05-19T23:32:35","date_gmt":"2021-05-19T21:32:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.tranviascoruna.com\/?p=5707"},"modified":"2022-09-28T00:42:50","modified_gmt":"2022-09-27T22:42:50","slug":"encuesta-de-satisfaccion-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.tranviascoruna.com\/en\/encuesta-de-satisfaccion-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Encuesta de satisfacci\u00f3n 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>LOS VIAJEROS CALIFICAN CON UN NOTABLE ALTO EL SERVICIO DEL TRANSPORTE URBANO DE A CORU\u00d1A<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00b7 La nota media otorgada por los usuarios asciende a 8,09 sobre diez, mejorando las valoraciones de las dos encuestas anteriores, realizadas en 2016 y 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00b7 Tambi\u00e9n valoran positivamente las medidas adoptadas por la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Tranv\u00edas de protecci\u00f3n frente al&nbsp;<strong>COVID<\/strong>, con una media de 7,69 puntos<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El director de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Tranv\u00edas, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Prada, ha presentado hoy los resultados de la Encuesta de Satisfacci\u00f3n 2021, realizada de manera presencial en paradas de transporte urbano de A Coru\u00f1a en el per\u00edodo comprendido entre el 6 y el 12 de abril de 2021, y elaborada por la empresa especializada&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sondaxe.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sondaxe<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En esta consulta, adem\u00e1s de analizar el nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n de los usuarios del transporte p\u00fablico coru\u00f1\u00e9s, se analizan tambi\u00e9n diversas variables relacionadas con sus h\u00e1bitos de movilidad, que resultan de gran utilidad para conocer en profundidad las necesidades de los viajeros y seguir avanzando para alcanzar la m\u00e1xima eficiencia en el servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Prada avanz\u00f3 los datos m\u00e1s destacados relacionados con la reducci\u00f3n de viajeros, muy acusada durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o debido a la crisis sanitaria. As\u00ed, durante el per\u00edodo analizado (6 a 12 de abril), se detect\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n del 30% de viajes respecto al mismo per\u00edodo de 2018, a\u00f1o de la realizaci\u00f3n de la encuesta anterior. En este punto, el director de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda matiz\u00f3 que esta reducci\u00f3n no solo se vincula a un menor n\u00famero de viajeros, sino tambi\u00e9n a una menor movilidad de los viajeros habituales debido a las restricciones, concretamente del 9% y una media de 8 viajes semanales por usuario en 2021 frente a 8,76 de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a la media de edad, se mantiene pr\u00e1cticamente igualada (42 a\u00f1os) y la distribuci\u00f3n por g\u00e9nero se sit\u00faa pr\u00e1cticamente igualada entre hombres y mujeres. Tambi\u00e9n se advierten pocas variaciones en cuanto a motivaciones para coger el autob\u00fas, con un 68% de viajes por motivos profesionales. Las reducciones m\u00e1s notables se advierten en ocio y estudios, actividades que sufrieron las mayores restricciones.<\/p>\n<p>Otro dato que permanece estable, con ligeras variaciones, es el de los llamados viajeros cautivos (que no tienen otro medio para desplazarse alternativo al autob\u00fas). El porcentaje se sit\u00faa en torno al 50%, lo que significa que la mitad de los viajeros usan el transporte p\u00fablico por elecci\u00f3n personal, pudiendo desplazarse por otros medios. Las motivaciones m\u00e1s comunes son el ahorro de tiempo y dinero, seguidas de las dificultades para aparcar si usan su veh\u00edculo privado.<\/p>\n<p>Ya en el apartado de satisfacci\u00f3n con el servicio de transporte p\u00fablico, el servicio obtiene una nota global de 8,09 sobre diez, lo que mejora los datos de las dos \u00faltimas encuestas realizadas, situadas en 7,17 en 2016 y 7,65 en 2018. La media por g\u00e9neros est\u00e1 bastante igualada, ligeramente superior en los hombres, con una valoraci\u00f3n de 8,13 frente al 8,07 de las mujeres. De la encuesta se extrae tambi\u00e9n que el 96,8% de los usuarios se muestra satisfecho con el servicio, otorgando una calificaci\u00f3n de 6 puntos o m\u00e1s. Respecto a la valoraci\u00f3n global de la empresa, la media alcanza 8 puntos.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los aspectos m\u00e1s valorados y con mayor crecimiento figuran la puntualidad, la frecuencia de paso y la seguridad e informaci\u00f3n de las paradas. En general se detectan subidas en todos los ep\u00edgrafes, entre los que figuran estado y limpieza del autob\u00fas, trato del personal, nivel de ruido y emisiones o condiciones para personas con diversidad funcional.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n reciben una valoraci\u00f3n notablemente positiva las medidas adoptadas por la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Tranv\u00edas en relaci\u00f3n con el protocolo contra el&nbsp;<strong>COVID-19<\/strong>, que alcanza una media de 7,69 puntos. Son las personas que se dedican a labores del hogar y pensionistas las que otorgan la mayor puntuaci\u00f3n, con una media de 9 y 8, respectivamente. Por edades, la mayor valoraci\u00f3n corresponde a la franja comprendida entre 55 y 64 a\u00f1os, con 8,29 puntos.<\/p>\n<p>Ignacio Prada ha indicado que, pese a todas las dificultades que la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Tranv\u00edas ha tenido que afrontar durante toda la crisis, la gente ha apreciado y valorado positivamente el esfuerzo y, en definitiva, el servicio ofertado, por el que han otorgado una puntuaci\u00f3n mejor que en a\u00f1os anteriores.
